Position Summary:
As Lead Quality Engineer, you’ll lead inspections, ensure FAA compliance, and drive quality throughout our operations. A technical and hands-on leadership role with impact and growth potential.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the quality team and promote a proactive quality culture
• Own and maintain FAA-compliant Quality Management System (QMS)
• Translate engineering drawings into inspection procedures
• Lead First Article Inspections and manage documentation
• Conduct internal audits, CAPAs, and root cause analysis
• Standardize inspections using precision tools (CMM, micrometers, etc.)
• Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and leadership
• Monitor regulatory updates and industry best practices

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years in aerospace manufacturing or QA
• Strong understanding of FAA/QMS regulations
• Proficient with inspection tools and techniques
• Effective in blueprint reading and documentation
• Proven leadership in a production environment
• Collaborative, problem-solving mindset

Responsibilities:

• Mechanical aptitude preferred.
• Unassisted heavy lifting up to 75 pounds
• Assist with assembling hose assemblies
• Fill and check customer bulk orders
• Count and check inventory
• Pressure test hose assemblies
• Follow orders of hose shop production manager
• Routine cleaning duties
• Maintain safety regulations and compliance with all applicable regulations

Experience:

• No experience required – a mechanical aptitude preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Minimum 2 years experience preferred with programming and operating CNC mill and/or lathe using the Haas control or similar Fanuc style control. This may include time spent in an accredited trade school.

• Must be able to change and touch off tools.
• Must be able to edge find and compute offsets for initial part set up.
• Must have full understanding of G and M codes.
• Must be able to measure parts, interpret prints, and make appropriate offset changes.
• Competence in programming at the machine from a drawing is a plus.

• Competence with Windows and the Microsoft Office family of computer programs.
• Certificate of Completion from an accredited trade school is a plus.
• Experience with Mastercam is a plus.
• Good written and oral communication skills are required

Lathe and Mill Operator:

• Minimum 2 years experience preferred operating CNC mill and/or Lathe.
• Set-up experience is preferred.
• Must be able to change and touch off tools.
• Must be able to measure parts, interpret prints, and make appropriate notations.
• Ability to live 40 pounds about waist level.
• Competence with Windows and the Microsoft Office family of computer programs is a plus.
• Good written and oral communication skills are required

• Scan items into the inventory management system
• Routine cleaning duties
• Maintain safety regulations and compliance with all applicable regulations

We are looking for an office worker to perform daily office tasks that will support our team. If you have any experience in front office work or customer service, we would like to meet you. Ultimately, you will help our front office run smoothly with day-to-day tasks.
Responsibilities

• Familiarity with common office processes, including filing, handling mail and directing telephone calls
• Computer literacy, including familiarity with common word processing, spreadsheet, database and basic accounting software
• Accurate and efficient typing skills for data entry, taking minutes and dictations, answering emails and typing letters and other documents
• Verbal communication for addressing other employees, customers and other business contacts
• Customer service for dealing with members of the public
• Organization and ability to multitask for filing and completing several clerical and administrative tasks at once
• Attention to detail to ensure all tasks are completed to a high standard, such as taking sufficiently detailed minutes and telephone messages
• Integrity and discretion when working with sensitive employee and customer details
